We exist at the intersection of luxury hospitality and controlled event management — redefining what's possible when you stay at a world-class property.
The Privileged Life was founded on a simple observation: the world's most extraordinary rental properties sit underutilized as event spaces — not because guests don't want to celebrate there, but because nobody had built a proper authorization and coordination system to make it safe for hosts.
We built TPL to solve that. We are the trusted bridge between luxury guests who want curated, flawless private events and property hosts who want those events to happen professionally, responsibly, and profitably.
Every event we coordinate goes through a structured authorization process. Every vendor we work with is vetted. Every property we operate in is treated with the respect it deserves.
The result: experiences guests remember forever, reviews hosts celebrate, and a concierge service that raises the standard for what luxury hospitality should be.
The Privileged Life operates transparently. Review our policies below.
1. Service Description. The Privileged Life ("TPL," "we," "us") is a private event coordination and concierge service. We facilitate, coordinate, and manage private events at luxury rental properties. TPL does not own or operate any rental properties, and does not provide direct catering, transportation, entertainment, or other services — these are provided by third-party vendors independently contracted by TPL.
2. Event Authorization. All events coordinated by TPL require prior written authorization. Submission of a request does not constitute approval. TPL reserves the right to decline any event request at its sole discretion, including but not limited to events that conflict with property rules, HOA regulations, local laws, or TPL's operational standards.
3. No Guarantee of Services. All services are subject to vendor availability, property approval, and deposit confirmation. A written quote from TPL constitutes an offer — services are not confirmed until a deposit is received and a signed agreement is in place.
4. Vendor Independence. Each vendor (chef, DJ, security professional, photographer, driver, etc.) operates as an independent contractor. TPL coordinates but does not directly supervise or control vendors' professional conduct. Each vendor carries their own licensing, insurance, and liability.
5. Client Responsibility. Clients are responsible for ensuring their event complies with all property house rules, HOA guidelines, local noise ordinances, fire codes, and applicable laws. Any fines, damages, or penalties resulting from non-compliance are the sole responsibility of the client.
6. Cancellation and Refunds. Cancellation policies vary by service and vendor. TPL coordination fees are non-refundable after authorization is issued. Vendor deposits and fees are subject to individual vendor cancellation policies communicated at time of booking.
7. Limitation of Liability. TPL's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the coordination fees paid to TPL for the specific event in question. TPL is not liable for vendor performance, property damage caused by guests, or any consequential, incidental, or special damages.
Information We Collect. We collect information you provide directly through our forms — including name, email, phone number, rental property address, event details, and payment information. We do not sell, rent, or share this information with third parties except as necessary to coordinate your event (e.g., sharing your event details with a booked vendor).
How We Use Your Information. Your information is used exclusively to process your event request, coordinate services, communicate with you about your booking, and improve our platform. We do not use your personal information for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
Vendor Data Sharing. When a vendor is confirmed for your event, we share the minimum necessary information (event date, location, type, and contact details) to enable service delivery. Vendors are bound by confidentiality expectations consistent with our luxury service standard.
Data Security. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. Our forms are encrypted in transit. Payment information is processed through PCI-compliant payment processors — TPL does not store card numbers.
Contact. For privacy inquiries, contact us at info@theprivilegedlife.com.
The Privileged Life operates exclusively as an event coordination and concierge service. We are not a property rental company, venue, caterer, transportation company, or entertainment provider. All services described on this website are facilitated through independent third-party vendors.
Price estimates shown on our website and in our package builder are preliminary and based on standard vendor rates as of the current period. Actual pricing may vary based on date, location, guest count, special requirements, and market conditions. All pricing is confirmed in a written quote before services are rendered.
TPL makes no representation that any specific vendor, vehicle, vessel, or service will be available on any specific date. Availability is confirmed at time of booking, subject to change.
Events must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and property agreements. TPL does not provide legal advice and recommends clients consult with their property host and, if applicable, legal counsel regarding event permissions specific to their rental agreement.
Property hosts who partner with The Privileged Life agree to allow TPL to act as the coordination and authorization gateway for events hosted by guests at their property. Host partners retain full control over event parameters, including maximum guest count, event types permitted, noise curfews, and any other property-specific restrictions.
Host partners earn a 10% revenue share on all TPL services booked by guests at their property. Revenue shares are calculated on the total net TPL coordination fee and paid monthly via the payment method on file.
TPL does not guarantee that any specific event will be booked at your property. Revenue share is earned only when a guest books and confirms TPL services. No minimum booking guarantees are made.
Host partners may withdraw from the TPL network at any time with 30 days written notice. Events already authorized and in progress are governed by the terms under which they were approved.
