If an event cannot be authorized (due to property rules, HOA restrictions, or availability), your concierge will explain why and offer alternative options — including a different date, adjusted guest count, or a property in our partner network that can accommodate your event.
Yes. While many of our clients come through Airbnb and VRBO stays, we also coordinate standalone transportation, experiences, and event services for clients at any private residence or non-rental venue. Contact us to discuss your specific situation.
For most events, we recommend at least 7–14 days. For larger events (50+ guests), complex logistics, or custom services like private jets and yacht charters, 21–30 days or more is ideal. We can sometimes accommodate shorter timelines — reach out and we'll do our best.
Our Essential Access package starts at $250 for basic coordination. There's no hard minimum beyond that — but most TPL events fall in the $1,000–$10,000 range once services are added. We work with every budget within our service scope.
