Every TPL event follows a proven authorization and execution framework designed to protect the property, the host, and your experience.
All private events facilitated by The Privileged Life require prior authorization from the property host or owner. TPL acts exclusively as a coordination and concierge service — we do not own or operate rental properties. Guest compliance with all property house rules, HOA regulations, and local noise ordinances is required at all times.
Submitting a package request does not constitute a confirmed reservation or guaranteed event approval. Events are subject to host approval, local ordinances, and TPL availability. All vendors operate independently with their own licensing and insurance. TPL is not liable for vendor performance beyond coordination.
A signed event authorization agreement and deposit are required before any services are confirmed.
